The Importance of Evidence Based Treatment in Autism
If you're working with someone who for instance has a low incidence disability that's and you just can't pull up appropriate literature with ease than the level of evidence is going to be less. You should still be using an evidence base on relying on what sorts of maybe behavioral mechanisms might be at work with someone with a particular presenting complaint. If those are well established mechanisms putting those to use when they have a strong evidence base would be another another level of using evidence based treatment. So I know this is kind of a basic question but you know the way in which we talk about what is evidence based what is quote unquote backed by science etc.
