Do you think we've seen a permanent change in how the work force thinks about work? I don't think there's any way we're going to go back. There's no normal any more. It's just the new abnormal from here on. You gave some great examples of companies that have prioritized happiness above everything else and have thrived. Can you share one of those examples here?
