The Permissive Parent

There is neither hind nor hair nor mention nor photo nor or tear running on cheek reference to Max's mother. If she even exists, I don't know how that works in the tune world. But so we have no idea like how long goofy has been parenting by himself. It can create more like a peer to peer kind of energy at home instead of a parent child dynamic which can kind of organically create more permissiveness.
