Is There a Moral Component to Psychic Integration?
Plato defines psychic justice as precisely this condition of well integrated soul. Do people that have this kind of balance, do they tend to be just a better people in their daily lives? I mean, it's a really good question, but because i think it's not been thought through enough within contemporary psychoanalysis. With intra psychic integration comes a more realistic understanding of the reality of other people. People become less blinkert and can see other people as nuanced and well rounded human beings with needs and desires and values of their own. So issues of understanding thereality of other people does come as a wholistic package with psychic integration.
