Bribing your political opponents isn't war, but it's a means other than you disagree. Everything in government is backed by the monopoly on violence. I literally said it is a cold civil war. People have been shot and killed. There are people hacking, sending death threats. Banks shutting down people's finances. Like this is all an attempt to destroy people's lives,. cause them physical, economic harm in an effort to win a political battle.
