The Different Wavelengths of Energy

I think energy that exists will always exist and you can't like start or stop energy. So then why would someone who is a ghost, what decides if you're a ghost or you reincarnate into something else? I think it just is like what wavelength your energy is on. Like X rays, you're not seeing, but we've learned to utilize that. It's their different wavelengths. You can see certain light rays,Stay with me, stay with me, and you can’t see others. They look like a little or be or be generally speaking. There's different levels of it.
