Can I Build a Video Editor on a Desktop?

There's a lot of stuff already built in JavaScript. So it's hard for me to convince people to to bring this on like I would if we had the ability just to do the editor and embed that into JavaScript. You might yeah, you might find that that's possible. But those commands are inherently a huge pain to figure out like this. It's a really complex and tedious syntax. We also have a package called cutting room where we've created a declarative way to compose videos. And one of the reasons, by the way, that I want more video rendering support on desktop is because I want to actually build a video editor using flutter and Dart but can't do that
