Trauma response that has similar to ADHD, like symptoms is very, very common. It's a neurodevelopmental thing where trauma was the environmental trigger for the mental problem. Dealing with trauma is a good idea in general. But yet, if you have ADHD like symptoms as a result, please go and get some support from your doctor from a therapist from someone. Because that's really, really important.
