The Challenges of Financing LNG Terminals

Historically, the big players in the LNG industry were the IOCs and international oil companies. That model worked very well for decades. The more modern version is building it from scratch, not a big balance sheet. And financing today has gotten harder with interest rates going up. I think we'll get a breaking point at some point. We're going to get some shock to the market that'll somehow resolve this, is my sense.
