The Importance of Companionship

When the close companionship is in place, everything else seems to flow effortlessly. I want to see leaders return to companionship first and leadership later. Nobody leads well except those that are excelling in the area of companionship. And if you've turned it into being called to preach then it's all about duty. If you'veturned it into being pastor then it'sall about duty. But if the initial call is the companionship call then everything else that flows out of that place of companionship is effortless.
