The Cost of Capital for Banks
Zombie banks in Japan were functionally insolvent but the bank of Japan refused to declare insolvency and or to close and resolve this led to the stranding of capital in Japanese capital. We want capital to go where it can be put to best use, not on balance sheets of companies that frankly are not competitive nor yield a fair rate of return for owners. I don't know anybody who's thought more deeply about the cost of capital for banks than my colleague Josh so again I'll turn it back to Josh to follow up yeah.
