You can't be everything to everyone. And so i think the take away is to identify wha he problem you're actually solving, and to figure out how you can provide at least two of those three a and do it as best as you can. So that's a really specific example, which i love. But let's take a step back for all the listeners to maybe take a lesson from how you've applied this to your overall business.
