iam fr foman. i got realy excited about the kinds of people i was meeting on twitter, and sort of fown like was finding my tribe for the first time in my life. I feel like social medias kind of like a foundational step, like this how you meet your tribe. But then you got to do something more. Were they' got to take it into into real life. And so i've been having a lot of conversations with people about how to, how to strengthen irile connections. We'll stop there for a second and have brook introduce herself.
