The Penalties for Failure to Act Properly
Off-com has an enforcement role. It can give them various sorts of notices, basically telling a company that there's an issue and how they can improve it. I think the intention is that off-com will work with companies rather than just come in heavy-handed. At the tougher end, there are the possibilities of fines, but also something called business disruption measures.
