Is It About Stripping the Top Shefts of the Misshilin?
I want to bring humam anity back. I would say that the shefts are mainly white and straight. And i think nk that there's a sort of culture of silence around this male shef who are violent and aggressive. We'll have to think about shortening hours and give people more time to rest, because people don't want to work with us anymore. This might mean that eateng out at very expensive f restaurants will be even more expensive. But this is something that we have to do to keep people happy and to keep them in this line of work.
