We teach kind of the basic tactics but then we have the group go out and execute missions. We do them in cool locations where we've got urban environments to run around in. You feel the pressure of what it's like to make dynamic decisions in a changing environment very rapidly. So that's what the FTX is. It's really advanced and we have this advanced laser tag system.
