The Advantages of Tyrannosaurus Sounds
We had to keep in mind the obviously gigantic size, the enormous resonating capabilities of a huge body of T-Rex. But equally, we want to be true to the latest scientific thinking. Many of the expectations people have about dinosaur sounds come from basic assumptions about what big scary animals sound like. We had this specific mandate on prehistoric planet, but these animals are close relatives of birds. So let's give them sounds that are crocodilian and bird-based.
