I think it's very important to think about orgs where people just like really want to volunteer and step up to own a thing. No engineer I know wants to sit behind a computer and just like write code all day long. And so when you are trying to decide whether it's worth making an investment in your first end jobs hire one of the first things that I would do is just map out the like any efficiencies that exist, or maybe the set of you know cultural programs and systems. Then figure out the smartest way to kind of draw a circle around the set of responsibilities that that first end jobs hired could take on to add a lot of value.
