Community Response to Solar in the Midwest

There is less contentiousness around solar right now in the midwest. I think some of it is that the visual impacts are limited to drive by impacts. But i think one of the reasons that we're having trouble picking up any patterns in terms of community response to solar is that we're at a huge tipping point, certainly in the midwestern states.
