The Problem With the Teachers Unions

The defense of Freedom Institute has recently released a report with a very provocative title, just catching the trash. It is nearly impossible, according to this report, to fire the teacher for sexual abuse. In New York City there's an entire building called the rubber room where these profligate teachers go and they get paid to do nothing. And their salaries, you know, pile up and taxpayers are paying for that.
