The first Cold War was very too centralized industrial institutional economies trying to outdo each other. This is much more networked. People are trying to break the dominance of the US dollar and China's trying to create a new network where Russia's trading its oil in one or like China's currency is being used by India. So they want to create their own other network. And even this brings everyone into play. Even looking Latin America, they're like, I think it was Lula, the Brazilian president, the new Brazilian president and Alberto Fernandez, I think in Argentina, we're not going to send aid or arms to Ukraine.
