Do You Have a Deficiency in Micronutrients?

A blood panel doesn't necessarily tell you what's available in the brain. Vitamin D is an exception; if you're really, really low in vitamin D, then you're probably going to benefit from additional vitamin D. But outside of that, we've seen pretty much normal B12 levels and we look at zinc, your copper. So other nutrients, not the full array, because doing the full array of those about 30 essential vitamins and minerals is expensive.
