The Importance of Accepting Your Appetite
There's a pretty wide wiggle room, at least in the temporary sense when it comes to the way you're eating. Your body really does want to keep itself going at its core, but it's having difficulty with the appetite. Instead of getting so worried about the fact that you haven't eaten anything, recognize this is a part of it. You can hope that you'll be hungry soon and try to increase the stress that you link to the process of eating.
