How to Breathe Properly

The instant you have anything wrong with your core your low back muscles and quadratus lock down because they're now doing a lot more work to stabilize your lumbar spine. You've just lost your entire transverse abdominis and its normal capacity to create hoop tension which stabilizes by pulling laterally. If you can't breathe we're properly and use your core you can’t create a hoop tension so now your back has to say how are going to hold this thing together it's falling apart. It leads to all sorts of problems back there but like you were saying if you lay over a swiss ball or put your leg on your stomach when your stomach can't go out
