said you felt very accountable for your data when you published it on your own on your blog because then it was your name on the line and that made a big difference to you yes totally in a good way I felt accountable yeah if someone found an error there I would feel grateful that they took the time to care about what I was doing. Would much rather work in a system where people do the first thing they find errors because they cared about the work and I want to correct those errors because I also care about the work whereas if someone found something in a paper that I'd publish the incentive would beDo everything you can to show that they are wrong rather than figure out what the right answer is
