The Importance of a Pause in Central Banking
Roxanne Jones: A lot of the feedback that I've received over the week here from institutions and hedge funds is that they are unwilling to take the contrarian view that the next move is a cut. She says some real money players out there, they're caught behind the curve in terms of risk taking here. Jones: Some people clearly aren't allocated enough to match this rally. So instead of going and unlocating, they try to find cheaper way in terms of notional spend to go and chase the rally.
