It took us two y more than two years to make it work. We think that it started to work when each competency stoppe reached like a critical mass liverwafa of pa. At some pointw each competency was able to show its power in the mix,. nand to day, what's very, very amusing is that we call it, we don't call it project. We call it a challenge, an inhobition challenge.
