The Flamingo Dota - A Great Episode

Rell: Dows are just fascinating. I being a part of the flamingo dow has been really eye opening. The organization that happens all on these chat rooms, in discord and on these zoom calls. It is just a well oiled machine. But yet, there's really no one in charge. So i it's a really cool new model. As long as you get the right people on the dows. You know, if you get some bad actors, you'll want to figure out a way to quickly kind of prune and kick those people out. That could really be the downfall of some of these dows, if they're not careful. There's new dows
