Saka confronts ang as yong yong returns he tells him to pack and leave immediately. katara is in terrible pain yeah either hands are notably we really see like yeah yikes scores but when she puts him in the water they start to glow and when she pulls them out they're healed this is an amazing part. The avatar has immense raw fire bending power the likes of which he's never seen and it's clearly a dig at his former student jao who orders the mint to take the deserter but jong creates a massive ball of flame around himself and disappears. He says fire bending forces them to walk up razors edge between humanity and savagery,
