The Power of Advice Giving

When we give advice to other people, it does a few things. It makes us feel more confident that if I'm giving advice, I must have a clue. And of course, you're going to feel like a hypocrite if you tell someone else to do something and then don't do yourself. So the trick from the example I gave is that it may be possible to use this insight simply by putting yourself in the hypothetical position of advice giver.
