Every year we're throwing away more than two billion tons of trash. A lot of this waste still ends up in landfill and that's causing a massive environmental issue. India creates more methane which is a greenhouse gas from landfill sites than any other country in the world according to satellite data. But there are people around the world that have been finding innovative ways to turn waste into power.
