Domains That Aren't Renewable, but Not Fully Deleated

When i was looking at in two thousand 16, two thousand 17, people will call it expiring domains. When really they were referring to pire domains, et cetera. What i'm referring to is domains that er haven't been renewed,. so the previous ownet doesn't renew them. They drop, they don't get deleted, so t it's before the deleated stage and can be re registered again.
