MEV Boost Is Going to Provide Transaction Inclusion Lists
Vitalik: Over 50 percent of blocks are actually OFAC compliant IE censored. I think the most near-term thing that's going to happen in that regard is MEV Boost will have transaction inclusion lists added to them. He says there was a desire to reduce trust dependencies by centralizing and not giving proposers any kind of control at all. Vitalik: The simplest approach to doing it was to just do what's called full block auctions right where the builder just decides everything.
