After being quarantined for two years, did you present back some of that strategic framework to the carnegie hall team? And then how did they receive that? Were they like, yes, we're magical. Or were they like, no, we're sophisticated. The tension between the two is really where the excitement in the brand grows. No one knows the brand better than the people who are in it every single day. After some back and forth, they put a strategy framework in place that clearly captured the unique character of car Carnegie hall as a brand. Then genifer and her team started to tran late those characteristics into visual directions.
