What Are the Side Effects of Cesareans?
There's a cultural expectation of aggressive treatment for everything in India. The more cesareans you have, the more dangerous the surgery is. People are very often sued for the cesarean they didn't do but are never sued for the C-section which caused any number of downstream side effects. One of the attitudes that then India is that nobody has more than one or two children anyway so it doesn't matter if we do cedars for everybody.
