The Governor's Choice to Limit Federal Law Enforcement Activities
There were some incidents where governors deployed state law enforcement officers to protect the receipt of COVID-19 related supplies. President Trump may have one last partially redeeming gift that he can give the country and that is to lose the upcoming presidential election by the widest popular margin in the history of the country. I really hope it doesn't come to that. We do have peaceful mechanisms for resolving those sorts of conflicts. They are not entirely satisfactory but they are much more satisfactory than the prospect of armed conflict between state law enforcement agents and federal agents.
