Justice Jackson's First Argument at the Supreme Court

Justice Jackson's participation in the argument underscored so many reasons why we're so excited that she's on the court now. Her very first question came, I think, less than 10 minutes into the first oral argument on which she sat as a justice. And it showed, to my mind, a refreshing dose of both pragmatism and faith in the legislative process.
