The Power of Bow and Arrows
A bloody arrow that was found in Canfield's pickup truck, but didn't have human DNA on it. The jurors' conversation was about, you know, oh, was it maybe like that we don't know when that was there from. It wasn't a match to the victim. This is overheard and a mistrial is declared. They're not supposed to discuss evidence and told deliberations and they were overheard in the courthouse doing this. So not good. A new trial here, 2019, by the way, they bring an expert in on bow and arrows and it's fucking amazing. He testifies that in order for that bow and those arrows to produce high enough velocity and energy for one
