The Differences Between DevOps and Data Ops
I think data science trains you to be bad at DevOps, right? It's actually a different thing than engineering. Most of the code that you write as a data scientist or an ML practitioner, most of its throwaway. And so instead, we have to like deal with that versus trying to drive the failure right down to exactly zero. I think there's a real culture gap and there's very, very few people trained in both Dev Ops and machine learning.
