Do You Know What's Going to Happen With Your Purchase Application Data?
Since November, we've had more positive housing data on demand than we've had negative. We don't have that waterfall dive in demand anymore. This is what I call trying to interpret economic data with a very high velocity. But if the forward data is better, just from watching the financial media, Wall Street, and trolling groups, they don't read forward looking data.
