You have to start small. And you need a focus on one change at a time. Instead of setting out on a full diet, sticking with it for three months and then burning out is not worth it. Bad days are ok. Failure is always an option. In fact, failure a requirement. You cannot change without failure. I'm just looking at each individual day, and i'm making a choice about what i want to do for that day.
