There were very few, if any, ai experts a decade ago. Most these people are just suffern ineers that i know and have been floating around silkan valley for a while. If we really want to get to the bottom of ai, what i would do as i would impanel a group of top flight physicists, mathematicians, computer scientists who have never worked on a i. Let them catch up on the state of ai and then make their assessment.
