The first time I ever got interviewed was on the Tim Ferriss podcast. He asked me what's the most important quality for a leader. And I said humility and people were really I guess kind of surprised, because most people that are striving for leadership don't want to win. But as I sat there and looked at these underprivileged kids from the inner city with broken homes,. Guess what I saw? I saw just a total lack of confidence with all these kids. You wouldn't be where you are. If I didn't have an ego that didn't wants to win. Right.
