For someone with ADHD or anxiety or depression, consistency is really not going to be an option. We are meant to ebb and flow; if we can accept that ebbing and flowing is a beautiful way to achieve the goal it's more sustainable. Instead of trying to be consistent, instead be persistent, just be determined,. Be willing to try and fail and try and failing and try and fail, be willing to be at day one every day.
