Jesse Marsh's Unique Selling Point

Jesse Marsh was brought in to replace Marcelo Bioso. But he has made a mistake by reducing the amount of fitness work done. This is not something that Jesse Marsh has ever done before. It's taken away one of his major tools to improve a team because you couldn't really make the else's team any fitter. You've just put completely the wrong person in to solve whatever the problem was. If fitness was a problem, if overtraining was aproblem, Jesse Marsh was not the solution.
