i think when you talk about the relationaf bank account, you can be focused on making deposits when you interact with people. i also think that, em, a real good rule for me is trying to batch communications together. And if i can just keep myself in that zone in order to get through all the primary communications of the day, i can do it with a more intentional and focused matter.
