The Fed's Peak and the Housing Market

The balance sheet profile of the American household is a lot different than it was coming out of a way, right? Well, is it better? Is it worse? I mean, that's really what you have come down. You talk about it on this desk, credit card debt now, either side of a trillion dollars. All these stocks are going to report on or about April 20th to the 23rd. That's when you pull the rip cord and if you're really aggressive, that actually might be the time to start shorting these things as well.
