i'm always cautious with getting systems in place too early, right? Like, you don't want to come en and ad all these systems without understanding the real problems within the organization first. So i go slow with those. And then the other half of your question around strategy, i spendyo time working through the strategy. That's a great time to be meeting with the stake holders and figuring out what their current strategy is in place. O in the book, there's a chapter one aboutn getting to know your stake holders in their goals, but also knowing the future.
