I don't like these big, huge claims being made. I hate them. How to reduce their cardiovascular risk and improve their longevity without any data. And yet what it ultimately turns into is this anti sort of real science giving real known medical advice. That's how they put on their cover. The best example that I have, you know, when we talk about diet with my patients, I tell them, there's a thousand books by a thousand different cardiologists and no chronologists about heart healthy diet. 90 to 95% of what they say is the same. But they got to sell the book somehow. It's all marketing.
