Is Ticketmaster a Business?

Ticketmaster is in control of their own ticketing now, which is works for them. I don't think they've done a good job explaining what they do and how they do it. Most clients are pretty happy with it. It's thankless. So the thing I find most humorous today is there are five or six people involved in the solar system. And somehow, no matter what happens when all this stuff gets rid, it's only ticket master's fault.
